Yoga Younion is a community space for yoga that is oriented towards supporting people wade through the noise of life to connect back to body, heart and mind. Through yoga asana and mindful movement, yoga philosophy and meditation, group classes are offered to support you anywhere you are along the path from new student to seasoned practitioner. Class styles range from gentle chair classes to challenging form and flow classes.
